I was looking through my stash and found this....Something I have been wanting to submit since 2016 but had trouble finish the long ass descrtipon and it got pushed back. I am still very proud of this picture becuse it was created purely on ms paint.

Alphys finds out Monster Kid lied about having parents and is actually an orphan who lives out in the forest.
She could not stand the thought of her nephew (not implying MK is a boy since they are gender-less) living out in the middle of dangerous woodlands, so she decides to take MK home with her.
All along the way the child is begging and pleading for her not to tell Undyne. They just kept telling her over and over *"P-please d-don't tell Undyne I-I'm an orphan!! Please!! I-I don't want her to know! Please..." About half there Alphys finally asks the child why they don't want Undyne to know they were an orphan. Beginning to cry; Kid's reply was: *"I-I don't want her to know be-because I-I have been lying to her so she-she won't see me as a-a h-helpless,homeless,-w-weak child. I-If I t-told her the truth now, she would likely h-hate me for it. I-I can't let her know!! I JUST CAN'T!! *sob sob*" Alphys replied: *"If I-I know a-anything about s-situations like this is that continuing to lie is n-never the a-answer. You need to b-be h-honest with her. She w-will a-accept you a-as you a-are. She w-won't think any d-different of you i-if you t-tell her the t-truth; i-if anything sh-she will r-respect you more. I-I promise she w-won't see you as w-weak."*"R-really?!" Monster Kid replied with stars in his eyes. *"I promise, j-just take it from s-someone who has already b-been there.",Alphys answered. They head towards her home. They reach the door, Monster Kid back up and hides behind Alphys as she opens the door. Undyne walks up to the door noticing her adorkable wife was home. Alphys looks at the child behind her. Undyne recognizes them. *"Alphys, is that Monster Kid? Monster Kid hides further behind Alphys. *"Y-Yes, yes it is...." Monster Kid looks at Alphys with fearful eyes. "G-Go on, tell her.." *"Tell me what?" Undyne asked confused. Alphys continues to encourage Monster Kid. "*Go on, j-just remember what I told you.* Monster Kid reluctantly walks from behind Alphys and faces Undyne. *"Undyne...I-I've been lying to you." Undyne looks at them in complete confusion. *"Wha-What do you mean Kid?" Monster kid looks away suddenly ashamed. *"I-I don't actually have parents...or a home... I...I just didn't want you to think I was weak.." Undyne looks at the child confused. *"Weak? How does that make you weak? The fact you were able to survive this long makes you the strongest little monster kid I know! But kid, no child deserves to live alone...No matter how weak they are. Monster Kid looks at Undyne bewildered. *"Wha-what do you mean? Undyne smiles. *"Welcome to your new home Kid!*
