No it's episode 4 series 1 "The Poisoned Chalice"
in which Merlin drinks the poison and Arthur goes to get the flower to save his life

(also the episodes in which Merlin moans a few things in his sleep ^^)

You must see this episode and you'll understand why so many people slash them, it all happens in Merlin sleeps XD
Plus all what Arthur does for Merlin as well ^^
