You're not going to believe this. But I was watching an Episode of OK K.O! let's be heroes: Crossover Nexus. While I was watching the episode this is what I saw and my reaction of seeing The all might Black Hat himself. I know he only was a statue at this point and only shown 1 or two seconds in the episode but HE WAS THERE. I couldn't believe my eyes so I had to show you all this.Black Hat is from Villainous if you are interested in Dashing, Handsome Villain.

I think I can answer this, up to a point anyway. Black Hat certainly is no Hero, but if Strike was taking away all the Heroes en mass that his Villainous clientele commissions the Organization for, well then Black Hat's hurting for business. Now...how Black Hat became incapacitated...that's beyond me.
