Cool! Non space-marine Warhammer 40,000 art! I like it a lot. I guess only thing better would be some anti-aliasing to fix the jagged edges, and a background.

An Eldar! I like the movement and the armor a lot - especially the armor. However, I'm going to get nit-picky on proportions real quick... the shoulders are a bit too broad. Girls typically have shoulders that are only a little bit longer than their waists. That'll make the chest a little bit smaller because right now it's too wide.
I think drawing the opposite sex is hard... my guys always wind up looking like girls.

Nice design. I really like the motion as well. I don't think a belly button is required but it would have been nice to see some detail on the abdomen since it is revealed. Also, I think the face should be turned slightly in the direction she's leaping, not facing straight on. But I like the look, the color choices work together well.
