I really like those but they don't seem to work on my Computer. Used the correct file correct directory... restart, nothing worked still the blue aqua bars... any ideas ? Cause I really like 'em

Have you delete first the old Extras2.rsrc? (after backup this)
Replace doesn't work! you must delete the original Extras2.rsrc or Extras.rsrc if you have a PPC.
