I love the composition, but the lighting seems off to me. She's lit up from the front, but the light source everywhere else is the glowing in the window (which looks great, by the way). Don't get me wrong, though; I REALLY like this piece. The expression is perfect, and I love how you thought to include that window box - it's a little detail that really makes the scene!
