Description Since made a beautiful gift art for me yesterday, I decided to post something she had wanted me to post earlier on ^^" 

Its one of my first tries at watercolor (the second, if I recall, and the second actually whole-hearted attempt) so try not to laugh

This is just...beautiful. The anatomy of the bird was great, the composition as well. Oh and also, dem watercolors... I never actually can do one as good as this. XP

Never would laugh.... watercolours are difficult to handle. You can't repair things or have an "undo"-tab.

Good contrast between leaves and bird.

Ah, this is beautiful and rather well done! I love the details put into the background and blue jay. The coloration and tone of the lighting is rather well done and beautiful. I love autumn colors. <3

The shading is also well toned, very well done!

Thank you! The Blue Jay didn't actually take me that long, just around 20 minutes or so of getting the details correct. However, the background took me a long time to blend properly so it would look nice and pleasing to the eye. And yeah, I love autumn colors too! ^^ So warm and bright.

Well, this isn't strictly gift art. I had this in sta.sh as I didn't think it was great enough to post, and I showed it to Glitter, who liked it. I never got around to posting it, but as I don't have  a great amount of time (certainly not the time to make actaully good gift art), I just posted this to thank her for her Mynah drawing gift to me.

 I'm going to make actual gift art for all of you guys in the future, probably of your characters or stuff you guys like or such- not sure right now though, still thinking about it
