Al Taliaferro - Carl Barks - Don RosaWilliam van Horn - Jack Hannah - Vicar
The top three were the first to pop in my head.
The bottom three are more or less random... although they are all greats, of course.
I'm quite pleased with how the Don Rosa one turned out, although I do regret freehanding the whole thing. I should've used templates. The Vicar one on the other hand failed misrebly.

Yeah, I think it's fun to see how both artists started out very Barks-like but in time adapted their own styles more and more. Some people actually complain that Rosa's style is TOO DIFFERNT from Barks' but I think that the overall feel is still very similar.

LOL, well, I don't know how much you know about Duck comics, but's kinda widely known that Barks is regarded THE autority on pretty much everything (Not to diss Rosa or anything, the guy is a genious).

but i kinda like Rosa's more, i like the warm feel.

'The life and times of Scrooge McDuck' is my favorite Duck story by far!
Jack Hannah is cool too, altough I'm not sure if he did any long stories after 'Donald Duck Finds Pirate Gold'... he's more of an animation guy
