Lovely lines, colors, tones and lighting.
The only thing different I would have done would be to fix those two drips on the staircase. Minor tweak, but would significantly improve the image.

If you're pleased with it, then it's there. In my opinion, it's quite a bit better than before. But it's a noticeable fix, which you'd want to avoid.
Personally, I'd have used a larger brush in that area with the healing brush. Then it would just completely melt into the surrounding areas and be completely unnoticeable.
