Omg, how do you do the shiny bit on the hair? Did you airbrush it before you did the white bits? It looks so cool.

mmnn yes! Well it depends on the color of hair, but for white hair I do a light airbrush first and then add the white highlights so they stand out. For colored hair, I do the white highlights FIRST and then airbrush on a layer underneath the highlights.
