Heck, in Amalgam comics (DC + Marvel publishing house), Wolverine was merged with Batman forming the Dark Claw. Even in the cross-overs we see Batman and Marvels a few times. Dark Horse (who have the rights to Aliens and Predators) also did a few cross overs with DC (Batman vs Predator for example).
The biggest improbability of them teaming up, is that Predators tend to fight in the bad-guys team (and the fact that Marvel and Dark Horse threw a tantrum don't play well together lol)

True! But they're all loners...and the ones that already belong to teams are the most regue ones...
Hulk is not very stable to be on a team of weaker characters and predator is not much of a human team player xD
But uniquely and with each one's powers and resources they form a hell of a team
Quite improbable this team ever comes together though xP
