Description Ok, so I've been in kind of a rut for the past several months and so I decided that I was going to break out of it. As a result I decided to redesign an old concept and change it up a little. Hopefully now I'll be able to get back to my big project, which is the Metroid designs, but that may still take some time as I'm in the middle of college right now.

I know there are some imperfections in the coloring and whatnot, but I just threw this together to get back in the swing of things.

I like this design; looks a lot like Detonator Orgun, check out my page for a better pic I put there from Photobucket

Thanks for adding this as a

I'm familiar with Detonator Orgun, it's one of my favorites, along with Tekkaman Blade.

u r welcome, and Blade is also a major fave of mine; the second OVA that came out was a very good continuation

I agree, although I didn't really care for the three new Space Knight Tekkaman designs. Dead's was awesome though

hey, man, that's what you get when human designs take over where the Tek Plants' intentions were there first in making Primary Bodies; both Dead and Blade's powers were gained from an actual Tek-Plant, so they both looked really slick

True, and I do like Aki's design, although I don't really understand her lance... even though she came from the same plant that Blade and Dead did.

I think her form and lance are the first cross-tech use, involving Pegas as well since Blade reformed his crystal and got back most of his skills and memories; the plant that actually made Blade was long gone, dead on the ship that Darkon used and was destroyed by Blade, while Dead's plant was a secret one found out after Black September for the Primary Bodies in Prague

I was under the impression that it crashed with the wreckage from Omega's ship and that was how humans got the capability to make a Tek-Plant. As the Radam had never been to Earth before I don't see how they could have gotten one otherwise. Besides, as Tekkamen created by the Radam are naturally bent on evil, it would explain how Blade was evil when his crystal was restored after the series and how Mikhail (sp?), who led the Prague Tekkamen, was evil as well.

Just something to think about.

I admit, I didn't think about that, humans getting a Tek Plant or its tech from the wreckage falling to Earth from Omega's ship; however, as the Radam Tekkamen are actually controlled by a parasite attached to them in the germination pods, they are not inherently evil unless they chose to be, hence the way they behaved when one of them died during their attack on the city in the second OVA; as for Mikhail, I have no idea unless he just wanted the other Primary Bodies to be full Tekkamen as well; how Blade got his crystal restored, I don't think my copy told me how he did that; more food for thought back at ya, pal

Hmm, I know it's speculation, but perhaps the Tek-Plant only contains the mechanisms needed to format life forms into Tekkamen, not to insert the Radam into them. As the plant would normally be on a Radam ship, there would be a good supply of parasites and they would not need to be self contained within the plant.

This does show me that you have a point about the Radam Tekkamen not being inherently evil. I would modify my statement to say they are "mind controlled". Again this might be speculation, but do you think that as a primary body Mikhail had a Radam parasite in him, thus making him want to seek out a Tek-Plant and become a formatted Tekkaman? I know in the beginning of the "Missing Ling" (or Link) special they show doctors removing and killing the Radam parasites from primary bodies. It's possible that Mikhail may have been missed.

The Missing Ling special also focuses on Blade, Aki and the Tek-Plant in human possession so I think Blade may have tried to enter into the plant. How he went berserk I have no idea, but it's obvious that he did. Seems that most of this is speculation, lol.

ah, so that's where you got that tid bit, very well; yeah, this looks to be the case, and it is very possibly that Mikhail had one, but he was able to fly, as much as I could tell from my OVA, and Aki needs to Pegas; complete or not, I'm not sure for him; still, this has been most enlightening; thx, pal
