It's hard to apply a color style... With pencil, all you really need is white, black, and everything in between lo.l I've done it that way almost exlusively my whole life. But I was given a colored pencil set months ago. Honestly, I'm hesitant to use it because of the possibility of ruining the picture TT~TT

I don't think you'd ruin anything in color, but that definitely is a common artist worry. You can however make copies and scan your work...if you have the equipment. lol
Even if you sketched in a different color, I think that'd be something cool to change it up.
