The part in the top corner? What you need to do is place all your characters on one layer and make them either black or white. Then add the scale in the back, and that's about it.
Usually it's best to have something you can scale them too, such as the human character, or a human adult.

If you use Photoshop, you just make layers on that. What program do you use?

i don't use any program (i don't have photoshop, anyway )
i only recently just drew them by hand on paper

Well, it might be hard to design those on paper if you don't have a program you can edit them to get the effect you want.
Yes, I use Photoshop to do all my designs. It can be quite pricey, so people who have Windows computers usually use SAI instead. It all depends on preference.

That might be able to work. Another option you could do is commission someone to do the design for you. There are tons of artists out there who could.

As for drawing; everyone starts somewhere with their art skills. I have been drawing on here for 7 years and I can see a huge difference in that time.

i mean, it's like, when i'm drawing on paper, that's when i'm good at it, (most of the time),
but when it comes to the pc program ''paint'', i'm not all that great at it. mainly, it's because of the mouse most of the time (or not, sometimes)

IF you did made his Mega Form known as Theismon
Then what would he look like?
Would he still be all Dragon like just like his awesome forms here this far or will it look like human in armors?

Oh jeeze, well first, this is a super old drawing. My style has definitely improved since I designed this.
I was also still new to the concept of designing my own digimon, so I would probably make his mega form more humanoid, as that is quite popular with the digimon franchise for megas.
He would probably have a dragon-like mask, or one on his chest. I'm not sure how he would look as I haven't given it much thought, but thanks for commenting!

so is he gonna be human like just like Gallantmon/Dukemon and Angemon but wearing Dragon Armors or is he gonna be Dragonman like just like Wargreymon & Flamedramon but wearing armors?

And maybe making him wear a mask like helmet as well. Not only for protection but also to make others wonder as to what does he look like behind that mask like helmet that makes him al mystery like except for his eyes.

hmmmm.... well i am not too sure, cause the digimon was mainly meant for a group that did not need a mega form... but i guess i can do something like that
