Sad fact the Levy is the only living Fairy Tail wizard in that tragic future... Just made me wanna cry...
Obviously who is the "My Dear" that she's talking about...
And thats a very sad GaLe ending if that will happen.... but luckily the future seemed change. *rejoices for GaLe*

I feel sad for her, it made me so sad....and than I realized the only 2 it stated that were left alive were Levy and Rogue (out of the mages)...POOR LEVY-CHAN!! (but nice picture! I can see the effort!) I also like the 'effect' of smudging in the background with her not being smudged add all the more emotion into it!

I think when Natsu destroyed the gate, this future vanished, and was replaced by what future Lucy saw. Not sure, though.

It was said in the wiki that FutureLucy reunites with her deceased guildmates when she died... [link] And if you really gonna take a closer look you'll see Gajeel's shadowy figure T.T just proves that he really died and Levy was the only one left.
But maybe like what you said the future was replaced... I mean.. Its really been replaced. Since I think that most of her guild mates died when the dragons attack but they didn't so the future was changed :>
(I'm not really sure... but spoilers keep on bugging me T.T)
