Man It's been a while since I posted something a little more polished .... hahaha Is there a career in "Ruffies"?
Anyways found some time to work out a little slice of fan art for one of my Favourite games of all time.... Mark of Kri... like seriously when I picked this game up I lost my mind.... the designs, cinematics gameplay... was all so awesome I think I played it thru at least twice... and I never do that hahaha
you know the best part? when lookin for colour ref. I found another deviant version by it's awesome!! hahaha so after I stopped crying and realized im not the first guy to draw this character I had to finish it

i frikkin loved the mark of kri game. it had a very deceiving art style. You go in thinking it's just going to be another "Zelda Wannabe" or something of that nature... but with a Disney-esque Art-style.
Then you see Rau perform his first few stealth kills... and you soon realize you were DEAD wrong about this game. After you've cleaved a few opponents in two with your sword, you're hooked.
I'm tempted to go out and find the sequel "Rise of the Kasai".

Man I loved this game!! I hope at some point Sony make the decision to reboot this series, with the kind of tech that they have now, for the PS3, I can only imagine how absurdly awesome this game would be.

tell me about it man, that's one favourite games right there. I love the cartooni style gave that impression that it kiddi game, but the music, the game play, overall mood and story, made it a very dark game.
The music was excellent and it one of the few games out there, that actually make you feel like a bad-ass, especially when you get the axe, ahhh, good times lol!!
