Here he is! The most easiest character in the entire franchise to make! Not including props
Since the whole new "Sister location" teaser came out I felt like that character was somehow tied with the Puppet. The way the character's cheeks are, the lips and the way it smiles. Considering I have a big fear of the Puppet, you could image that the mysterious character is a bit creepy too me as well haha.
I spent about a total of an hour and 15 mins modeling him. I tried my best with the lighting, seriously thinking about switching to Blender Cycles just because how hard it is for me to get the gloss on some of the characters, but my render time will double If I do choose to go with cycles.
I'll figure something out! Thanks again for reading this.

Looks great so far but
1. The Eye's are the wrong shape (It might match up but I had the same problem.) It's the perspective of the original image.
2. The top of the tears are not supposed to be like that, they're supposed to be straight
3. The bottom of the tears (the curve) is supposed to be more noticeable
Other than that it's pretty good!

1.Eye's are actually right. I had to extrude and rotate them a certain way to match both images.
2. I still need to fix them, it's the dumb subsurf lol
3. I have to add another line with loop cut in blender to make the curve a lot more noticeable.
A lot of my stuff are just wips but thank you very much for helping me out! It helps me out in the long run when I finish the models.
