Personality: She is sarcastic, cynical, serious and proud, but she is very intelligent; she knows a lot about science and stuff

Dislikes: be transformed into things, her elastic clothes, stupid people, perverts, and be humiliated...
Bio: Betzabel was a prestigious and acclaimed scientific, she had a life of luxury, amenities and everything anyone could want. She was proud and felt good about all this, she did not think of the people around only in herself ... but an day she had a little "accident" with a formula in her lab, she woke up days after locked in a strange place like a hospital... and she wore strange clothes (she considered it ridiculous) but it was the only one in the room. but that's not the worst: she had a... transformation: her body became elastic and malleable. She was shocked, she did not know what was happening. Now all she wants is to return to her old life, but will not be easy, first she must learn to change this unpleasant personality and live with their new powers.
She will have to go through many misadventures (We could call it "karma") and also she will meet many people on their way xD
the name "BLR" was cause of the initials of her name were Betzabel Luz Rodriguez

Very interesting character design. Also, you gave her a distinctive and original-looking outfit as well: The pattern on her suit is striking, and yet simple enough to keep from becoming a headache to draw when she stretches-out her body.

Heh, well there's a good deal of good humor elastic characters, so I'm sure she'll come around eventually. There's a few artworks of Zero with temporary elastic powers. It's amazing what she can do with science. Ha ha!

It's good for her to embrace who she is, explore it, have fun with it. Being grumpy about it won't change anything, or endear her to anyone. She might find that she likes some aspect of being a rubber girl.

she almost always gets into trouble of transforms and inflations by accident. She hates when it happens, but She may eventually changed your mind ^_^ (maybe)

Heheh -- accidental transformations can be fun (at least for US). Being the put-upon, long-suffering TF victim can be a good running gag. I remember seeing a cartoon of a gal with gigantic breasts, into whose cleavage another character was jumping off a diving board, saying "Hey, Mr. Artist! Abuse my sister for once, willya?"
And yes, Viva's an elastic girl who is always exploring her abilities, so she can use them against Bad Guys.

BLR is not exactly a heroine, she sees only their own interests and cares of herself (at first). She is more....... an antiheroine

...and I finally found it again: [link] I got the description pretty close, from an old memory.
I made Viva a sort of reluctant superheroine; when she discovered her powers she didn't know what to do with them, or even what her limits are. Since she can't change her shape by herself, and she's not very strong, she uses her mechanical skills to make machines that can transform her, and her natural bravery to taunt Bad Guys into capturing and "torturing" her to buy time for the heavy-hitter superheroes to arrive.
It's sorta a "passive" type of super, but I'm working on giving her more "active" skills, and some companions.
