How far are these Neo countries from the man-made cities (Tiamat, Charus, Trelluna, etc.)?

Tiamat City is far away from many Neo Cities, but closest to Neo Japan.
I've never really got to explain the Neo cities.

In Trelluna's case, it's usually on the move, being a floating city and all. So it would vary.

Neo cities (except for Neo Fafnir) were made by actual humans. They're named after the last standing cities after an apocalyptic war had occurred on Earth centuries ago.

More of a ghost city now. Though there are ways to repopulate it, plus its leader is still alive.
I seem to remember hearing about the apocalypse plot. But the other cities were all pre-existing before humans, being made by the locals of Xenith?

That could lead to an interesting plot involving a dangerous mission to take on all the Possessed and find any remaining survivors. The reason that the city can be repopulated is that the ship the city was built on contains cryogenic chambers. Some survivors might still be there.
