Brief Backstory Hallie and her boyfriend, Blake Neon are two of the many criminals that roam Smash City. The have been convicted of murder, theft, and arson. After escaping from jail for the final time, they've been keeping a low profile, but that doesn't stop them from doing the criminal activities they love to do.
What I'll use her in She shall be in a Smash Bros fanfic called Agents of the Smash Matrix

Very fun. I also do like serious villains as well. They just need to give me some reason to hate them and root for the heroes and stuff. Kind of the Shredder from the Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He has a reason to be doing what he's, yet he's intimidating, and very unlikable sometimes.
