Personality: Rouge is much more reckless and hotheaded than her sister, though she's still a tomboy. She has a somewhat loose grasp on reality, especially after being revived. Rouge has a very dirty, sex-driven mind and tends to crack dirty jokes at the worst times.

Bio: Rouge is Teal's twin sister, and has been by her side for most of her life. However, during one of her first assassination missions, she was critically injured. A scientist allied with Jade Thorns named Dr. Varmak was able to save her life by giving her cybernetic implants under her skin that enhanced her strength. She returned as a much more dangerous assassin than she was before, thanks to this newfound strength. Many of her missions now utilize her skillset, most of which involve her stealing weapons and supplies from GNU. However, she's been interested in infiltration missions, so she can gain intel and control for the Jade Thorns.

Strengths/abilities: Rouge fights with prototype gauntlets that she raided from an abandoned GNU warehouse. The gauntlets enhance the strength of her punches by tenfold. The right gauntlet can into a cannon that can fire explosives or buckshot, while the left gauntlet has a short-range grappling hook. Without her gauntlets, Rouge is still a dangerous hand-to-hand combatant, as her cybernetic implants give her superior strength and durability. Though she can't fly very far with her jet-boots, she can still use them to tackle her opponents.

Weaknesses: While strong, she isn't exactly agile or lightweight. She can't swim for long periods of time, as her cybernetics weigh her down and allow her to tire out easily. Her life is also dependent on her implants, and she will die if they are removed.

Fun Facts:
- Like her twin, she was originally part of the Baker's Dozen.
- She's a natural blonde, but she likes keeping her hair completely dyed.
- Her design barely changed from the last one. The gauntlets are new, as are the bandage on her right arm.
