I'm not sure exactly what I do, I like to use lots of lines. And lots of black under the eyes.

I was about at your level at drawing when I was 15. To be honest, I think I become more shit from 14-15. I only really began to full one practice drawing when I was 17. Now I'm 20. 
So yeah, keep drawing n stuff you'll be pro in no time.
