Seeing her walking in and sitting down by herself; he observed her for a couple of minutes.
He walked across the room from the back to where she was sitting and stood next to her.
Anticipating what was sure to follow, it still caught her by surprise.
"Let me get that", the man said, reaching for his wallet, giving her a slight glance to his left as the bartender handed her the second glass of wine for the night. He ordered another drink for himself, as well.
His voice was deep and calm. He was confident and obviously arrogant. If for nothing else, she thought, he will make for some interesting conversation, trying to relax a little from another hard day at the office.

This one took me quite a while to finish. I had a lot of problems and issues with textures and deciding between two different material types for the bar counter before I settled with the wood.

The woman is my female character Jessica, trying out some new hair-styles. I might possibly stick with this hair-style as I quite like it.
Posed in DAZ Studio 4.6 and everything else is 3ds Max 2014 and rendered with Vray 2.40.03. This rendered somewhere in the region of 25-30 hours.

In case anyone wants to know, the pantyhose/stockings is a custom shader done in 3ds Max. No extra geometry involved.

She's also holding a cigarette in her left hand which you can't see and it's emitting smoke via FumeFX 3.5, which sadly, you also can't see. There's loads of other problems with this scene, but I just decided I have to call it a day, otherwise it will never get finished.

You may or may not notice the absence of my signature stamp. Although there isn't a large stamp that obscures part of the image, my signature is still in the image, nonetheless
