*is up in the Church watching her*Β Β
"Brave soul that one..." I say.
"Who?" asks my Bro beside me cleaning his pistol.
"That unicorn down there." I say pointing. He looks out the window and see's her.
"Brave? Ha! I am way braver than her."
"Well, you and me have different definitions of courage. She my friend clearly demonstrates it."
"Whatever."
"Carry on my young pony friend, because this road is going to be a harsh and long one."

Where in Equestria did you find Fallout 3 terrain props? I've have see model packs but none containing terrain models such as light posts, ruins and roads. Did you find them or did you make them?

I downloaded several packs from the workshop. I did not make any of them myself.

1: How did Fallout: Equestria happen in the original story; what caused the war?
2: What happened to each of the Mane 6 and most of the popular background characters?
3: Do LittlePip and Blackjack actually meet anyplace in either of their original stories?
4: Does LittlePip actually die in the end or not?
5: What map is that?
I'll find these out for myself as I continue reading FOE/FOEPH (not the last one, of course), but I'd like to know now so I can begin/continue work on a Gmod Picture Fallout: Equestria/Spyro the Dragon series I'm making.

The map is gm_mountain (or something like that). It just an empty ravine with mountains on both side (and the map is HUGE). Everything in this picture is posed by me. Hell, I even colored the sky.
FoE SPOILERS AHEAD:
1. The Zebras and Ponies were fighting over resources (coal and gemstones respectively). Somewhere along the line things escalated, but what ultimately started the war as it is, was the massacre at Luna's own school.
2. Each of the Mane 6 became a ministry mare, meaning that each one became the head of an institution brought to life to strengthen
the war effort:
Twilight - Ministry of Arcane Science (They made scientific progress)
Applejack - Ministry of Wartime Technology (They made weapons)
Pinkie Pie - Ministry of Morale (They were some sort of omnipresent police/secret service. Occasionally obducted ponies)
Rarity - Ministry of Image (They were in charge of propaganda)
Fluttershy - Ministry of Peace (They developed new medical materials and tried to end the war peacefully)
Rainbow Dash - Ministry of Awesome (No one really knew what they did, but they ran a series of secret projects)
Pretty much every Ministry also had secret side-projects.
Also, each of them died during the fall of the bombs, but Twilight got pulled into the hivemind by Trixie (read further below), and
Fluttershy survived. She got turned into a tree by Killing Joke (a mutated variant of Poison Joke). It is unknown what happened to
RD, but she presumably died. The Princesses died as well, but Celestia uploaded her mind into a supercomputer before her body died.
Other characters known of are Derpy, who became a ghoul and now runs a store, Spike, who survived and grew to
the size of an adult dragon and watches the wasteland via a network of cameras and sprite-bots from his cave somewhere in the
mountains, Trixie, who became a giant, mutated hive mind (and thus self-proclaimed goddess). There are more, but this list could go
on for a while
3. In FoE: Project Horizons they do meet.
4. No she doesn't.

1: Battle over resources. Should've known...I guess the story's set further on in the near future where technology's becoming more advanced and need fuel other than magic (what idiot makes anything in Equestria not powered or involved with magic? It's Equestria, for Celestia's sake!)
2: Do any of the Mane 6 other than Fluttershy return in the end?
3: Ah, but it's not official FoE, is it?
4: But what happened to her, anyway?
π: 0 β©: 1
d0ntst0pme In reply to Tyraka628 [2013-05-29 11:13:46 +0000 UTC]
2. They are dead. As in Dead. Twilight sort of comes back, when the hive mind is destroyed, but that's not really her coming back. So, no. Fluttershy is prety much the only one.
3. It's Kkat approved. That makes it official enough for me.
4. She integrated herself into the Gardens of Equestria system (something similar to the G.E.C.K. from Fallout) in order to restore the wasteland. She is in a sort of stasis.

Message from Kkat:
For what it's worth, "Kkat Approved" was merely that I approved for the story to have its own page on Equestria Daily. (At the time, all FOE side stories were lumped into a single post, making it very hard for people to comment on a story.) I haven't read Project Horizons and don't really know anything about its content.

d0ntst0pme In reply to Innak [2013-05-30 17:08:08 +0000 UTC]
Oh? Well, I certainly didn't know that.
Nevertheless, it's an entertaining story.
If you don't mind me asking, what does it take to get the "Kkat Approved" tag from you?
Or was Project Horizons seemingly random chosen?
π: 0 β©: 1
Innak In reply to d0ntst0pme [2013-05-30 17:24:07 +0000 UTC]
The "Kkat Approved" tag was a one-time thing, a product of how Equestria Daily handled side stories in the early days of the fandom. I had told Seth it was okay to give Project Horizons its own page instead of lumping it in with all the others, largely because its size and fanbase had grown enough that it deserved to be given it's own page, and because keeping it with the others was making it difficult for other authors to wade through PH comments to find comments on their own stories. "Kkat Approved" means "Kkat approved this story getting updated on its own post." (Something which there was a bit of objection to at the time.) Now, it doesn't take my approval for a story to earn its own page, and most stories are also on FIMfiction to make it easy for fans to leave comments.

You still didn't answer my question: if Pip's in a computer/coma, then how was she having sex with Homage, such as they're about too in your Littlepip x Homage picture?

d0ntst0pme In reply to Tyraka628 [2013-05-29 11:51:57 +0000 UTC]
The story has 40 chapters. They have sex in the 22nd or 23rd. Somewhere around there. It's a separate link on EqD since it's somewhat clop.
They also meet on some other occasions before the end.

Scenebuilds don't take that much processing power. But tons of ragdolls do.

Really. They are just props and effects. It MAY (not necesseraly) become a little straining for your PC when you toss in dynamic lights, but as it is, there shouldn't be any problems.

Ihavenoname323 In reply to d0ntst0pme [2013-05-18 02:17:49 +0000 UTC]
The ragdolls and such usually have no effect on the performance of a build unless there's like 20+. It's the dynamic lighting that puts strain on computers.
