Scootaloo was paralyzed. She just stood there, watching the Parasprites rend the flesh off Rainbow Dash's bones, her screams falling on deaf ears. The filly was terrified, unable to speak, to breathe or to run. It was since that day, whenever she closed her eyes, the agonized form of her former hero would appear before her, pleading for her to help...

This eyebrows are acting like a prop or like a animation in Gmod ?

An effect. In order to properly use them you need to spawn them as dynamic props. Then you can pose them with the faceposer.
But you still need to place it by hand, since they are not bonemergable.
