To begin with, the tones are greatly reflected in the coloring of this piece. The use of the golden tones and white out windows give this piece a sense of awe, loneliness and 'order'. The technique is solid, the vision and impact is portrayed well in the expression of the figures, lastly originality stands out in how different aspects of the piece appear familiar, yet have a different spin on them entirely.
The deep vermilion compliments the main color of the piece and upon further inspection I notice that the shading is strange, it seems more block-y and blob-like in some areas. The highlights are mostly white here and although it makes sense for most parts of the piece, more color would have been appreciated here to give more of an in depth look, especially on the curvature of the golden armor.

The quote from Dante's story is definitely heartbreaking and encompasses him as an extremely interesting character very well!
I love the details and the expressions here, as well as the background of the armory chambers and all of the various blood angel iconography and paraphernalia! You have really managed to bring out his character as well as the design of the Blood Angels which was very impressive!
