I myself am going to take a break from DA (but not from making art) very soon. This place has sadly become a kindergarten and I need to take a month or two off

Lol. I don't know as I've not been on here in ages! It seems pretty quiet on my end, but I understand the need for a break. I'll keep an eye out for the toddlers while you are away.

Oh yes, definitely be aware! Some are toddlers, others are older but they act like toddlers

The problems started with the influx of n00bs and casuals after MKX came out. I swear it was like a swarm of kids who are only partially interested in MK, the rest is all about those kiddy Nintendo games, My Little Pony and crap. I unchecked getting art notifications from MK groups a long while ago, there was too much shit going on in the community: irrelevant infantile crap, Mario, Sonic, Dexter & co. VS MK "art" and "fantasy rosters", anthro and bland OC's galore, MK characters as ponies . I would watch somebody because we both were, let's say, Shinnok fans and after a while my notifications were full of Five Nights at Freddy's images....ugh! Just type a few MK character names (the ones who aren't Scorpion or Sub-Zero) into the search, sort the results by "Newest" and be amazed by the sheer amount of junk that you get in the results
