Leela, with two eyes! Because..... I can. What was originally a random girl became Leela because I always draw A) Shego B) Leela or C) Megara. Everywhere!

there was one episode where she got surgery on her eye and stuff and then she had two eyes she was pretty but I prefer one eye Leela since I'm used to it hehehe XD

I'm seeing more and more realistic Leelas, and I think it's great. Nice unusual choice of a two-eyed Leela...I don't think I've ever done one. Nicely done!

WELL.
1) Duplicate base layer.
2) Apply Gaussian Blur to duplicated layer.
3) Set layer to Soft Light/Screen/Overlay (whichever looks nicest).
Occasionally I make the top layer a little more desaturated if it's too pop-colour.y
