Ugh. Never. Again.my first dragon drawing...thing...yeh, took forever...partially because I'm not an animal artiste or anything of the like...
grr.
turned out ok, i guess. going to leave it black and white and maybe color it up some other time.
Peekaboo. I see you. The two heads, I mean.

Glad you mentioned flipping it upside down, didn't notice that on my first look, now I can't figure out how I'd missed that, fantastic amount of detail you got in there, I hope it won't really be a 'never again' type of thing. Nice work!

An excellent display of detail, The first thing I noticed was the second skull type head.
A standard dragon head on a Shen Long type body. Quite nice I must say.
The wasy the hair looks blazing and all makes it look that much nicer. A lot better than that crappy lightnin dragon I drew a while back, I know how ya feel I aint good drawin' animals either. Keep it up this really looks good!

Wow, not only do i like the flow of the lines, but the different strength of lines is very effective!! Its a very powerful and emotive picture~ I love the patterns and shapes in the picture; they give it character!

Yup, drawing dragons were hell for me too. Only drew maybe three and there's only one that I think came out decent of them. Worse thing is, everytime I see another person's dragon, I think they did a better job and yours is no exception. Great work.

I didn't. I cheated. I just darkened the black using the paint bucket in PS7. Hence the head isn't really black-black...and I'm planning on fixing it as soon as I find time. Thanks anyway.

So much hard work was obviously poured into this piece - incredible detail was clearly paid to the head in particular. Well worth the effort - an exemplary showing of how to do this kind of thing. Great work.

Finally, some real media art from you! Looks excellent, expansion into other types of art is always good. One thing: since the body is so solidly colored black in some places and the head has so much detail they look like different pieces, perhaps you should add a thicker outline around the head so it doesn't look so out of place. :}
