Не могу сказать по затраченному времени. Всегда очень по-разному.
Я медленно рисую, откладываю, возвращаюсь.

У меня уходит никак не меньше недели, а часто гораздо больше, потому что рисую параллельно несколько картинок и довожу, пока не устроит результат.
Если сразу иметь представление завершённой работы вплоть до деталей, то отрисовать можно и за пару дней.
Кто-то за часы рисует вещи куда круче.
