Since this is mostly black and white with a lot of texture, yes, this would look better in black and white.
Add a bit of digital grain and it's finished!
Like Ansel Adams said: in a perfect picture you need something pure black and something pure white to draw in the viewers attention. I guess this qualifies.
I like the concept btw. Not my kind of hose, but stylish, nonetheless!
