Yep. That's why I added 'Twilight' to the list of tags. It's chiefly Ponyvilles library though if you pay attention to S1's opening eps.

I... Misread apparently. Sorry about that. It is Twilights house being as it's where she actually lives, but in Ep1 of S1, Celestia says that she made arrangements for her to stay at Ponyvilles library before she goes to Ponyville. So technically, she's the town librarian.
