Here another brand spanking new original character for the Perpetual Son web-series, that was done on JMD's stream.

This native Texas, southern belle name is: Celia Horn.

She’s the daughter and heiress of a rich and powerful railroad and oil baron, and Blue Moon’s rival for Chris’s affection.

Her design was originally based on a fusion of Darla Dimple from Cats Don’t Dance and Heather from Total Drama, but JMD has created a unique design of his own for her.
Unsurprisingly, Celia has the usual attitude and traits of a typical spoil heiress, though she still has compassion and cares enough for others to engage in philanthropy.
Yet what sets her apart from her fellow high society girls is prodigy level of business intuition!!
