This is Scar feeling regret for what he is about to do to Simba and Mufasa. Scar is holding his and Zira's son whom is looking at his father unsure of why his daddy looks sad. I think this is how Scar really would of thought.
I don't own TLK but I own the little infant cub

yeah....to tell you the truth if you really look at Scar he wasn't a bad lion...his brother kinda was(I can explain this point)

not really some of the movies like Snow White started out way darker since the real story has been around since the Middle Ages......Disney Β might not be intending on the darkness in the movies but it is there if you really see the dramatic changes in the characters

yeah I mean it was his brother after all and I'd like to think as cubs they were best friends but something in Scar changed after he got his scar and renamed himself that since his real name is Taka

I sincerely doubt Scar cared enough about Mufasa or Simba to feel remorse towards them. If he did, he wouldn't have enjoyed killing them so much! He even sang a song about how glorious murdering his brother and nephew was going to be! It was his CHOICE to do it after all. He seemed pretty satisfied planning it, doing it and enjoying the aftermath of it.
I'm sorry, but your view on Scar here makes no sense.

2. This is old and I don't have the file any more so I forgot the scar so he is just Taka which is the name his parents gave him

1. Any thoughts I have on him are all what ifs since the lion was only in a few scenes of the movie

2. The theory that his name was Taka before he was Scar isn't official, it was a fanmade theory that was written into those spin off books that features Kopa as well. Disney never made the name Taka canon or official. Just like Kopa isn't canon or official according to Disney.Β
3. You can't just assume that all negative criticisms are trolling. There's a big difference between the two. Criticism does NOT equal trolling, it's immature to always jump to that conclusion just because of past experiences. I've dealt with trolls too, but i don't dismiss all criticisms because of it. And you can't have trolls go away just by telling them to, trolls don't work that way.Β

That and loud and slightly obnoxious or not Simba clearly adored his uncle so killing him seems if anything more likely to cause Scar qualms than his brother.

yeah....Simba loved his uncle and wanted his uncle to be his friend much like Nala, her brother Meheetu and a few others were(Meheetu was cut out of the story due to die restrictions along with all the other friends)
