...ahem, anyway, This is Vanessa Cicero. Much like Saskia, she was sent to Titilandus Academy for being... rather openly insubordinate to authorities. However, instead of challenging them directly, Vanessa has the uncanny habit of trying to brittle said authorities up by an endless number of little delicts, until they end up in a rather unpleasant pile of... well, unpleasantry. It can start with a stolen whiteboard marker... until the teacher has to undergo therapy, because not a single lesson goes without some sort of disruption.

Vanessa is especially versed of using her classmates for this. Manipulating them into playing right into her hands is kind of her hobby at this point. Given enough days, she can rile an entire class up into an all-out brawl, of course levaing her out of the action entirely... but, alas, in the end, the teacher will be held accountible for it. Of that, she makes sure.

However, at Titilandus Academy... Vanessa was to find disappointment. For some reason, her usual tactics left the teaching staff completely unphazed; even her fellow students seemed way more chill, than in any other school, she had gone to so far... which struck her as odd, since Titilandus Academy has a reputation for being "suited for the mentally unstable". So, she had to up her game... and, well, let's just say, you'll be able to read, where this lead to, in some time... when I actually get to that part of Professor Doctor Titilandus' Chronicals

As for RPing with her... I'll have to think about it. She still falls under my general rule of "No lewd, no matter what", that much I am certain of. However, due to her maniuplative and superiority-focused personality, she can be an extraodinarily cruel ler... but also completely like molten wax in the hands of a good tickler, as she herself is monstrously ticklish! Due to her habit of weazeling her way out of tight spots, you'll almost never get the opportunity to tickle her... unless you can pin her down properly. Best guess would be to ask for help from her classmates... but, as customary at Titilandus Academy, you'll have to present them with a good reason to tickle torture her. Even though, given how Vanessa is, you'll probably find plenty of good reasons. Just pick one, who comes to ya ^^
