This strip pretty much sums up what I've been doing lately: Reading Online Comics. And I will share them to you because they're awesome and I want (some) them to get noticed seriously. Check them out and you can help them get more readers by sharing them with your friends.Here they are, arranged in alphabetical order.

The Next Adventure by Francesca Buchko is a great comic and I believe it deserves more attention. Come on. I know you agree.

you should, I particularly recommend Cyanide and Happiness, it simultaneously the best and worst WEBCOMIC ON THE PLANET.

Oh, yeah! You mean ComicFury? It's definitely a good place to begin! There's enough customizable stuff that you can make it good while having that good old webcomic navigation problem solved. I really like ComicPress for making that simpler too.

I think ComicFury is a new one, am I right? I mean when I searched for web comic hosts the popular ones are Smackjeeves, Comic Space, Drunk Duck etc. I have a comic strip at smackjeeves, exclusive for my filipino friends and I was Kinda thinking whether it was a mistake putting it up there. I mean the site's filled with anime, yaoi, bishi crap that I felt like my comic was in a wrong place. I decided to just look for a host which 'feels' not too crowded. Then I found Comic fury. I take it it's not that popular, maybe yet? But it seems like a good place for my future comics.
about comic press, I want that so bad but I think I can't afford it.

Yep, it's been around for probably about a year. My friend (though probably more precisely, her brother) introduced me to it. I had already had my Comic Press site at the time, but of course it got zero traffic, so I started posting on ComicFury too.
OH MAN. My friend and I are having the same problem. We want to put our stuff up on such comic servers, but you're right: there's a lot of garbage up there.
In the end, I think we're just going to have to accept there will be garbage as well as quality stuff everywhere and just post our comics and be done with it.
ComicFury isn't too big yet, so I think it's a good idea to get on board now
