Requester's note: "Don't mind her, she's just helping increase the population of Shinx and Squigs."This is Alex the Luxray, owned by I got SO FAR BEHIND on this request, I've had it for like 2 months now. Luckily I'm finishing this now, or it'd just sit in my .sai WIP folder for even longer than it has. So yeah, here she is. She isn't mine.
