The members of the Ignodorda cult wore special magic armor that was bound to their being, the armor can be taken off and put back on near instantly as it was magically stored within a bracelet they wore. Upon the need to use the armor they simply touched the jewel on the bracelet and the armor would materialize onto the wearer. This armor made the cult formidable, they were the first to invent this type of armor and with at the time barely understood dark abyssal magics the cult members were a force to be feared nearly on par with the Damned Kingdom. Upon death the armor would disintegrate being recalled back into the bracelet.

Known abilities:
Invisibility
Regeneration- Wearer will regenerate if hurt while wearing this armor.
High resistance to magic and physical damage.
Enhances wearer’s physical and magic abilities.
Self destruct- Some armor sets allowed the wear to detonate their armor killing themselves and those around them, it seems only the highest in rank of the cult had this ability, Often they did this avoid capture.
Abysmal elemental abilities- the dark abyss power woven into this armor allowed them to safely use Abysmal fire, ice and lightning spells without risking corruption.

Each new member as part of their initiation into the Ignodorda cult had to commit multiple sacrifices/murders to earn their armor. For each sacrifice the members got one part of the set, 4 parts made up the whole armor, the helm, the gauntlets, the greaves and the cuirass which meant they had to sacrifice 4 people to Vimmtheios. Often they would earn the parts in this order: first sacrifice bestowed the gauntlets, second the greaves, third cuirass and the final bestowed the helm.

A fifth sacrifice would be done later to complete the initiation that would awaken the true power of the “Merciless Blade” that’s first given to the initiates to sacrifice their victims.

Disturbingly the sacrifices demanded by the cult were as follows: the first two had to be random people, the next two had to be people the initiate hates, and the last had to be one the initiate loved. This shows how dedicated to evil these vile individuals were if they were willing to do these things to join this cult that worshipped the King of Darkness.

The sacrifices were tied up and with the “Merciless Blade”, the initiates extracted the sacrifice’s blood often via slitting their throats of which they collected and mixed it into a potion the initiates ingested, the nature of this potion is unknown and is probably for the best it remains so. After doing so the part of their bound armor manifested onto them.
