As his title says this cruel and merciless sadist of a man was the kingdoms judge, juror and executioner once known as the Judicator. The Damned Kingdom was heavily looked down upon for its execution of criminals as none of the three other Kingdoms of man never resorted to such practices seeing it as undignified, cruel, and savage. It was this lost Kingdom that set the bar for many civilizations onward to punish criminals in such ways staining humanity’s honor, the three other kingdoms of man were and are always merciful no matter the offense.

This man took great pleasure in killing no matter who they were or what they did even if they were innocent, all the better for him if he could crush and smash ones skull to a pulp with his great hammer. He would have mass executions of random people, everyone from noncompliants to legit criminals to even children and in some unconfirmed accounts even infants weren’t exempt from the wrath of his hammer he would lined them up and one by one he’d raise his hammer to slam down crushing them. These heinous atrocities were among the worst committed by the kingdom along with the murder of a demigoddess which began their insurrection.

The great hammer he uses was a gift to the kingdom by Elder God Ciliagorn, its use in killing innocents and abyssmal tainting enraged Ciliagorn as it was his second favorite hammer next to his primary forging hammer.
