try windex or another standard window spray, but don't spray directly on screen, instead spray into the cloth and wipe the screen : D

ALSO. I suggest using newspaper instead of cloth. Newspaper cleans windows and stuff like that even BETTER. so window spray and newspaper. That's the best combination.
Apparently it's the ink that does something. o____O I don't know. It's an Asian thing, I guess. It works, though.
