Stygia Once was an Aqueronian colony that grow up and develop as a powerful nation. With the fall of Aqueron it become the most powerful nation in the south. Stygia don't have a great army as Aquilonia or Nemedia, but it controls dark magics that prevents other nations from invading it. All have Heard the stories of pox and other fatalities that fell upon invading armies across history...

They are religious and workship the evil serpent-god Seth, in wich honor they practice human sacrifices. They search and destroy the cults of its enemy, the good god Ibis.

To the south are the black kingdoms, and three of them are dominated by Stygia, Kush, Darfar and Keshan, wich acts as a shield to Stygia, also, these provides black slaves that Stygians keeps for themselves or sell to other countries.

Stygian inhabitants are curious it¡themselfs. There are three ethnics groups. The first one is the pure stygians, they're pale and usually keep the highest ranks in goverment, also they're almost always dark magic users. The second group are the crossbreeds of pure stygians and people of the Black Kingdoms. They are a booming group that thrives to the highest of the political and religious ranks and they are destabilizing the traditional order with the pure stygian blood. In the bottom are the third group, the black slaves from the south who serves the two other groups.
