Those scars have a story behind each one. I have a few sketches of her recovering from the wound that nearly claimed her right arm. Well, to be precise, Khal941 made a sketch for me. I have to reclaim it, and see what needs to be done to it to bring it up to current art standards.
The jewelry is an important aspect of members of the Laughing Swarm, so I try to make sure it looks good each time I draw it. Still got some ways to go before I'm really happy with it, but it's certainly more than passable here.

Things that make a person different are very interesting to me. I love to trace out scars and stretch marks and freckles and such things. The jewelry is very cool, I didn't know it had greater significance, but it makes good sense! I'd love to provide her some basic sugars and protein... perhaps suspended in some kind of water-based saline bio-gel or something? I make it myself from scratch, and it's only good for a few days after it's made, but you know I think I have some around here somewhere!
