It took a long time to complete this, as I was constantly interrupted time and time again! The usual treatment, though, lots of time with the concept, coloring, and finishing.
Took about a half-hour to render the background. Two days to get everything colored.

very nice indeed

that right leg looks awesome , ad the cross on the shield is place quite nicely.

beware of dark colors, as they devour detail, and neutralize shapes. i admit, i'm not a complete fan of the green, BUT, you did a good job puling it off .

colors are tricky, which is why if you've chosen a color before designing a mech, your life will be a lot easier. when i was designing the Mirage/Witch Hunter and the Voltaire, i knew what colors i would be using so i could adjust my level of detail and complex shapes.

remember, colors represent: allegiances, ranks, nations, moods/emotions, and nearly everything else in between. and be sure to remember the lessons of the Sazabi, where the main color is Red, but in different tints and tones (3 total.) too many colors, makes a design feel a little rough.

i'd change the background though, i'd like to see the Crusader it in it's own environment, ie, grassy fields, a mansion or two in the background... etc.

good job mon, keep up the good work!

Thanks! I was thinking of maybe doing a "painting" one day for the background. But for now, I leave it alone!
