IT WAS SUPER EFFECTIVE.Is it sad I listened to Boogie Wonderland while drawing this. Nah. xD
Ahhh this was sooo fun! Crazy perscpective + bright colors + blue sky + rocks=Happy Dae
I planned out a description in my mind, and I can say with full honestly that I've entirely forgotten it.

It's to cutez, X3 I love how you made it look like its enjoying the attck, and how you somewhat made it look like a row but it's also a wolf!and the jump! It's just beautiful! And the lightning, the way it looks so realistic! I love this pic a lot! And I my favorite part of it is how its cartoonly, and realistic!

Can I just say the angle is phenomenal! Like, wow. Not many people can draw that angle, AND you did it with perfect anatomy! Your angles really capture the audience; it brings the art to life, so to speak. Something I've always wanted to do, but my drawings always turn out side view |D

Alright. Time for me to give my feedback
Hopefully not as long as usual, considering that I have 3 1/2 minutes to time this.
Better get started.
First off, the angle. I love the slant. Love, love, love the slant, don't get me wrong. BUT I think it should have been a few more degrees less of a slant. Just a smidgen 
The happy expression gives the impression that the character is not just fighting because its told t, but because it wants to. Of course, the fight is also not that important, more of just friendly little practice.
I love the electricity zapping from the tips of its fur. Really makes one think about how jolteons fur is is completely electric, not just that its surround by a random freak lightning storm (lol
Overall great job (like always)!
And as I've exceeded my three minutes, I'd better be off!
