A mysterious pokemon known for terrorizing travelers in the Velvet Desert to guard the Silk Oasis. Prior to befriending Andreas and Roxy, locals had put out a large bounty for her defeat because their strongest couldn't beat her grass/fairy typing (they were unaware she was Whimsicott). Now travelers can visit without fear and rest their tired souls in the spring's refreshing water.
Personality-wise, Wendy is spirited and quick to act. Her smiley demeanor combined with her strength can also be creepy at times. She's rather skilled at weather forecast and often uses it to her advantage.
Might join team Tailwind (idk yet).
