History:

As a young buneary, she lost her parents to a fire and was adopted by a roving band of gypsies who trained her in the art of music. During her youth, before the gypsies she stumbled upon a wounded highwaymon, and rather than meeting a sticky end instead struck a powerful bond, leading the Zangoose to her parents barn to take shelter in the night. He visited often after that - as often as he could, being on the run from authorities - until the fire, by which point he returned to ash and ruin. It was only many years later that they would reconnect - she was a minstrel in the employ of the king, and he, again a thief stealing away in the night, seeking respite from palace guards. She ended up using her place at the palace to keep Gavin out of trouble - and in some cases let him do some sneakery, and they fell back into a familiar pattern. That was her life when Adonai fell. During that frantic escape, she lost Gavin, and when she found herself in a new land with nearly nothing left, she changed. Finding herself in the company of assassins and rogues, remnants of Gavin's connections, she remade herself so that she would never have to lose someone close to her again, not that she ever let anyone get that close. It was as an assassin that like so many years ago, she stumbled onto the Zangoose once more. Except now, he no longer does his sneak-theivery alone....
