OK all done! I'm actually very pleased with how this came out, I had so much fun coloring it! I hope you guys like it too.

A little bit of lineart I'm noodling around with right now. I'm trying to figure out a background for this while also coming up with designs for...several different MYOs. MYO designing is exhausting and frustrating. @_@ Also I have all those raffle prizes I'm working and also that bit of fanart for The Last Guardian. While that sounds like a lot it's actually nice to have a healthy to-do list for a change. :>
So! Juno got herself a bit of a redesign thanks to and I am loving her new look! You can check it out here:
I decided to draw her out to celebrate, and threw in another minkin y'all might recognize.
Hopefully something good will come of this!

I really adore the lighting and the softness here and both the characters are simply gorgeous and cute^^
I love their eyes and the thin outlines make them look more realistic, that's really fitting here ;D

It is! eue Amalthea is such a beautiful minkin I've been wanting to draw her for a while now and this was the perfect opportunity. I have a vision for this piece but it's giving me a lot of sass so far. @_@

I love the lighting in this piece so much, it's so warm and magical aaaah the rays of sun hitting them..
the airbrush shading looks gorgeous on Amaltheas white fur especially!
Even the second WIP is lovely because of the detail in her opal horns ;-; I still adore how you drew their forms and legs, you're such an inspiration!
Juno's redesign also looks killer in your style, I'm so glad you like it!

ANYWAYS I'm so glad you like how this turned out! I was going through my mental Rolodex of minkin and when I thought of Amalthea I knew I had to draw her. I really like the contrast between her and Juno's color palettes and I think they look pretty lovely side by side. ^u^ I had a really vague idea of what I wanted to accomplish with the background, all I knew was I wanted them to be back-lit but it all came together! I think I'm happier with this piece than a lot of my recent stuff haha.
I was in a bad spot with Juno before your redesign and was worried I might have to try and trade her (and since she was a gift I really didn't want to) but now I love her more than ever. I'm just glad you like this, it's not often I'm motivated to go all out on personal/gift art like this and it's thanks to you I found the inspiration!
