Cas is a cheerful young pouf living in Citremery. He's Eloise's cousin and also lives on his own apart from his family after some...peculiar traits began to become apparent (capricorn wings TBA). His cheerful, open disposition makes him quick to make friends and much more content with his circumstances than Eloise is, he sees it all as an adventure and a chance for some fun. His magic is strong for his tender years but very poorly controlled.
