Description
I took this a week ago or so when it was really cold outside and overcast... now the title of this is wrong because it's hot as hell outside lol.
Because I moved I don't have my pretty blooming tree anymore, sooo as I was driving around at night I spotted one in a park... jumped out of my car and snapped off a tiny branch. Haha, so I don't know why type of flower this is or what kind of tree...
and that's the story of that. 
For this one I'm finally going to enable critiques.

I adored this photo the instant I saw it in the thumbnail. The colours are cool and refreshing and they blend and mesh into each other harmoniously.
I love the use of depth of field and the blur in the background, even though it's not entirely in focus I adore the softness. The yellow of the anthers are subtle but enough to draw the eyes right into that focal point and leave your eyes to wonder throughout.
A refreshing piece with beautiful balance between the dark blue and light colours, nice use of space and composure.
This would make a lovely cover or a great cover of a postcard.

I loved the shot when I saw the thumbnail in my message center, but I adore this in full view.
The focus is what caught my eye in the first place, along with the beautiful silky smooth petals in the background an foreground.
The colors are superb, as well as the bokeh.
I really like the combination of the blooming flower and the frost on the crown. Makes it feel a bit mysterious for me, with the ghostly shapes of the petals in the background.
I also really like the lighting. Especially on, again, the petal in the background. Makes it look like a halo, to me. Very nice!
I don't think I would've done anything differently. Maybe I would've removed the tiny little piece of petal in the upper right corner, but it's not even that distracting.
