Description This is from the second voting poll last year.  The third place go to shizune from Naruto.  

Even if she is wearing her sandals, Shizune always check her feet for bacteria.  She even smell her feet to see if they clean.  But Tonton is pretty shock on how Shizune check her feet like that.  ^_^
